Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to address them.
- Evaluate and integrate new learning technologies, platforms, and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and accessibility.
