Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for groups of varying sizes and demographics across the Flacq District and beyond.
- Provide expert commentary on local history, culture, flora, fauna, and geographical points of interest specific to Mauritius.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the excursion, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including scheduling, route planning, and adherence to timeframes, adapting as necessary.
- Handle unexpected situations or emergencies with professionalism, calm, and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive atmosphere, encouraging questions and dialogue from guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, relevant tourism regulations, and company offerings.
- Administer basic first aid if required and report all incidents promptly and accurately.
- Collect feedback from guests to contribute to the continuous improvement and development of tour offerings and services.

Required Skills
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
