Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Bukit Panjang, Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture by designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning strategies and programs. As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, forecasting future training needs, and crafting comprehensive learning pathways that align with our strategic objectives. You will lead the entire L&D lifecycle, from needs analysis and content creation to delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various functional areas.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses in collaboration with department managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of all training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms.
  • Research and implement best practices in learning technologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and coach junior L&D specialists and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to employee development and training.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of L&D initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, measure program effectiveness, and report on key L&D metrics.
  • Experience with various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP with L&D focus).
  • Experience implementing global or regional L&D programs in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced reporting techniques for L&D analytics.
