Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to lead critical projects from initiation through to successful closure within our dynamic Roysambu office. This full-time role demands a professional with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in navigating complex project lifecycles. You will be instrumental in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and in developing detailed project plans that align with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and constructive feedback.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing resource utilization.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
- Champion best practices in project management methodologies and tools within the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
