Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and peeling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage areas, are kept clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Support in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management of food supplies.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
