Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies (linens, amenities, etc.) and ensure all items are in place and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
Required Skills
- High level of attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with hotel operating procedures
- Basic conversational English and/or Italian language skills
