Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, addressing inquiries and directing them to products.
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized product displays across various departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
  • Ensure all products are accurately priced and promotions are clearly displayed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, including aisles, display areas, and backroom.
  • Assist with point-of-sale operations, including scanning items, processing payments, and bagging groceries (if required).
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and store policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
