Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Control access to the building, verifying credentials for visitors and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internal and external, to ensure safety and identify potential hazards.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations promptly and professionally.
- Document and report all incidents, suspicious activities, and maintenance issues in detail.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
- Collaborate with emergency services personnel during critical incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities, visitors, and events during your shift.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and system monitoring.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
