Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset dining tables quickly and efficiently to ensure readiness for new guests.
- Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other table necessities as requested.
- Replenish condiments, silverware, and glassware as needed throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, relaying complex issues to servers or management.
- Support dishwashing efforts by scraping plates and organizing dishes for cleaning.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
