Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage music production projects from initial concept through to final mix and master.
- Collaborate closely with artists to define their artistic vision, provide creative guidance, and enhance their musical ideas.
- Conduct recording sessions, ensuring optimal vocal and instrumental performance, sound capture, and technical quality.
- Guide arrangement, instrumentation, and melodic development during pre-production and tracking phases.
- Operate and troubleshoot studio equipment, including DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live), microphones, interfaces, and outboard gear.
- Mix and master tracks to professional standards, ensuring sonic balance, clarity, and impact.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and communication between artists, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, production techniques, and audio technologies to continuously innovate and improve.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inspiring atmosphere within the studio environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Music Producer or Audio Engineer.
- Proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, and Ableton Live.
- Strong understanding of music theory, arrangement, composition, and songwriting principles.
- Expertise in recording, mixing, and mastering techniques.
