Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, conceptualization, and design of new fashion collections.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for garments and accessories.
- Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the team on trend forecasting and mood board development.
- Provide expert styling advice and personalized shopping experiences to clients.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, sales transactions, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with stock replenishment, and organize display areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media content creation and in-store promotions.
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique's immaculate appearance and inviting atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
- Strong sketching and technical drawing abilities.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, textiles, and fashion trends.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fashion boutique.
