Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various organizational levels and departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the workforce.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to integrate L&D programs with broader talent management, succession planning, and performance management strategies.
