Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of L&D programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, onboarding, and compliance training.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments and employee levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning initiatives using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms, continually refining programs for maximum impact.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies, methodologies, and platforms to enhance the learning experience and accessibility.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI on all investments.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR partners, and department heads to ensure L&D programs meet specific business needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends in learning science, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms).
- Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, develop curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to link L&D initiatives to business outcomes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
