Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to specific client standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle sensitive equipment and chemicals appropriately.
- Notify management of any damages, deficiencies, or needs for repairs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to supervisor.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with clients and team members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high standards.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products.
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform duties such as bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety instructions.
