Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Conduct thorough organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and emerging training requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources for all employee levels, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, etc.).
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of all L&D initiatives.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective program delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and department heads to ensure L&D programs support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously enhance our L&D offerings.
- Champion a learning culture across the organization, encouraging proactive self-development and knowledge sharing.
- Develop internal subject matter experts and facilitate their contribution to learning content development and delivery.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/director role.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and various training methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing L&D professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in managing L&D budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning technologies.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
