Career.zycto is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Research & Development to lead our innovation pipeline and strategic product development initiatives based in Murehwa, Mashonaland East Province. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and successful product launch.
- Manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective project execution.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, scientific breakthroughs, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills
