Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a holistic Learning & Development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto’s business objectives and talent needs.
  • Design and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with department heads and HR business partners to tailor development plans and interventions for specific teams and individuals.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging L&D technologies, and adult learning principles to ensure our programs are cutting-edge and engaging.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and blended learning approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certification in Learning & Development, HR, or Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, CIPD).
  • Experience with gamification or other innovative learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks and career pathing models.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
