Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end overseas recruitment process, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for overseas candidates, providing comprehensive support, information, and guidance throughout their application journey.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and all necessary logistical arrangements for candidates travelling for interviews or relocation.
- Prepare, verify, and process all required documentation, including visa applications, employment contracts, and other immigration-related paperwork.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions, progress, and placement status within our applicant tracking system.
- Liaise effectively with internal recruitment consultants, client representatives, and external agencies to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges in the recruitment pipeline, escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic communication.
- Stay updated on changes in international immigration laws, labour regulations, and best practices in overseas recruitment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role, preferably within an international context.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Demonstrated empathy and a service-oriented mindset.
