Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and organizational values.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and professional growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions for various departments and employee levels.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior leadership and making data-driven improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
- Research and integrate best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies in learning and development to keep Career.zycto at the forefront of talent development.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and senior management to ensure L&D programs are integrated into overall talent management strategies.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess program effectiveness and drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Organizational Psychology, Education).
- Certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD Certification).
- Experience with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Knowledge of current trends in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Experience working in a multinational or diverse organizational environment.
