Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on various travel options, destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.

- Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently using GDS (Global Distribution System) and other booking platforms.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying customer needs and upselling relevant travel products.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry regulations to provide accurate and current advice.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions and client information.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and other travel booking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- In-depth geographical knowledge and understanding of popular tourist destinations worldwide.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
