Key Responsibilities
- Accurately load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secured safely to prevent damage during transit.
- Sort and organise parcels and packages according to delivery routes or warehouse locations.
- Operate manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks and trolleys safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine checks on loaded vehicles for stability and compliance with weight distribution guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the loading bay area.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and drivers to meet daily operational targets.
