Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and strategic support directly to our CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening communications and ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Manage and organise confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other key gatherings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Undertake research projects, compile data, and provide summaries to support the CEO's strategic initiatives.
- Assist with special projects and events, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Process expenses, reconcile corporate credit cards, and manage departmental budgets as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to multitask.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise impeccable discretion.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, anticipatory approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- High level of professionalism, composure, and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
