Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence (emails, letters).
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, both physical and digital.
  • Oversee and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
