Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales team support and client inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery coordination.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to resolve customer issues.
