Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead glaziers with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panes and panels.
- Safely transport glass, frames, and tools to and from job sites.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety measures are in place.
- Help in sealing, caulking, and glazing operations for windows, doors, shower enclosures, and storefronts.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures rigorously.
- Provide general labor support as needed to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for handling various glass types and installation methods.
- Assist with site clean-up and waste disposal after project completion.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg).
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Punctuality and strong work ethic.
