  • Collaborate with legal counsel, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws.
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution processes to resolve disputes amicably and maintain healthy working relationships.
  • Analyze ER trends and metrics to identify root causes, proactively recommend solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and performance management.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of dedicated Employee Relations experience, with a strong emphasis on investigations and conflict resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Singapore and internationally, relevant to a global remote workforce.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex ER cases with discretion, impartiality, and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with employees and management across diverse cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for identifying root causes and recommending practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and case management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
