Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of premises, both internal and external, to ensure the security of property and personnel.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Control access to the facility, verifying identities and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond immediately and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security checks in detailed reports.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all individuals on site.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to staff and visitors, while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and provide first aid when necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections of safety equipment and ensure all security systems are fully operational.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to enhance overall security operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
