Job Description
We are seeking an visionary and results-oriented Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and fosters a culture of continuous growth and innovation. You will oversee the entire L&D lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum development to program delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

You will champion a blended learning approach, utilizing a mix of instructor-led training, e-learning modules, mentorship programs, and experiential learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and vision.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across all departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, mentorships, and leadership development initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through robust metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven improvements.
- Manage and mentor the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Research and recommend innovative learning technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance program delivery and learner engagement.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, personal accountability, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
