Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, personalized language lessons for individual students or small groups.
- Assess students' current language proficiency and tailor teaching methods to meet their specific learning goals and styles.
- Create and utilize diverse instructional materials, including digital resources, textbooks, and real-world scenarios.
- Provide constructive feedback on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.
- Track student progress diligently and adjust lesson plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, interactive, and encouraging learning environment that motivates students.
- Communicate regularly with students about their progress and areas for development.
- Stay updated on best practices in language pedagogy and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
- Potentially teach various languages based on fluency and demand, including but not limited to English, German, French, Spanish, etc.
Required Skills
- Native or near-native fluency in at least two languages (one being the language of instruction and one a foreign language).
- Proven experience in language instruction or tutoring.
