Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and visitors to designated locations within Abuja and occasionally outside the city.
- Maintain the executive vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of all passengers.
- Plan and select the most efficient routes, considering traffic patterns and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Manage daily schedules effectively, including pick-ups, drop-offs, and waiting periods.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all passenger information and conversations.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal belongings as required.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal operating condition.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License (Class E or equivalent).
- Proven experience as an Executive Driver or Personal Driver for senior management.
- Excellent knowledge of Abuja's road networks and traffic regulations.
- Strong defensive driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
