Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources across various formats (e.g., in-person, e-learning, blended learning).
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization and for client engagements.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all learning initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing L&D team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to integrate L&D programs into broader talent management and performance strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs through data analytics, feedback mechanisms, and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on impact and recommending improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning principles to continuously enhance our L&D offerings.
- Foster a strong culture of continuous learning and professional development within Career.zycto and its partner organizations.
- Oversee vendor relationships for external training programs, content development, and learning platforms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (7+ years) in Learning & Development leadership roles, with a focus on strategy and program implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience building and developing L&D professionals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure program effectiveness and inform decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to talent development challenges.
- Experience operating in an emerging market or diverse cultural context.
