TC Transcontinental Printing, a leader in the printing and packaging industry with a significant presence in digital solutions, is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Part-Time Digital Publishing Aide to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity for an organized individual to contribute to the seamless execution of our digital content strategy, ensuring our published materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, visual appeal, and technical compliance.

As a Digital Publishing Aide, you will be an integral part of our content production workflow, providing essential support across various stages of the digital publishing lifecycle. Your primary focus will involve assisting our publishing and prepress teams in preparing, formatting, and verifying digital assets for a diverse range of projects, including e-books, online articles, marketing collateral, and internal documentation. This includes meticulous review of content for grammatical errors, stylistic consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. You will play a crucial role in managing digital files, ensuring they are correctly organized, version-controlled, and accessible for team collaboration. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working with cutting-edge digital tools and processes.

This role extends beyond simple data entry; it involves active participation in quality assurance, troubleshooting minor technical issues related to file compatibility or formatting, and collaborating closely with designers, editors, and project managers. You will be instrumental in transforming raw content into polished, web-ready formats, optimizing images, embedding multimedia elements, and ensuring accessibility standards are met. We value proactive individuals who are eager to learn new software, adapt to evolving digital trends, and suggest improvements to our workflows. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a meticulous approach to tasks, and a genuine interest in the future of digital content, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our innovative team at TC Transcontinental Printing. This part-time engagement offers flexibility while providing meaningful work that directly impacts our digital presence and client deliverables. Join us in shaping the future of digital communication!
