Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Create engaging and original text, image, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, community feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance data using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with broader marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
