Key Responsibilities
- Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and future talent requirements.
- Design, implement, and evaluate a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and compliance modules.
- Oversee the research, selection, implementation, and optimal utilization of various learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP, virtual classrooms).
- Conduct ongoing organizational needs assessments and skill gap analyses to proactively identify development opportunities across all employee levels and departments.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness, impact, and return on investment (ROI) of all L&D initiatives.
- Manage the L&D department's budget, resources, and negotiate contracts with external vendors and training partners.
- Champion and cultivate a vibrant culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth throughout the entire organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a potential team of L&D specialists, fostering their professional growth and capability.
- Stay abreast of global industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in learning science and talent development.
- Collaborate strategically with Human Resources and senior leadership to seamlessly integrate L&D programs into broader talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Director-level role.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, enterprise-wide L&D strategies and programs.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Profound knowledge of various adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and delivery modalities (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, experiential).
- Proven proficiency in managing and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other contemporary learning technologies.
- Strategic thinking with a strong ability to translate complex business needs into practical, impactful learning solutions.
- Data-driven approach to program evaluation, performance analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in instructional design, psychometric assessment, coaching (e.g., ACC, PCC), or L&D specific methodologies.
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving, high-growth, or geographically dispersed organizational environment.
- Familiarity with broader talent management software suites and HRIS integrations.
- Published articles or presentations on L&D best practices or innovative learning approaches.
