Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and talent management goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through robust metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify current and future learning needs, ensuring solutions address specific business challenges and opportunities.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the learning experience and accessibility.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to deliver high-quality, cost-effective programs.
  • Mentor and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development leadership role (minimum 7 years).
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills in L&D.
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and blended learning approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impactful training programs across diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in areas such as CPTM, ATD, or relevant professional development programs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
