As a Food Server (Restaurant Help), you will be the face of our fast-food counter, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave with their delicious meal. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide correct change.
- Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches, salads, and hot beverages, adhering to recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to customers, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area, dining space, and food preparation zones.
- Restock inventory for condiments, napkins, utensils, and beverages as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about menu items, and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the counter for the next shift.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience (6+ months) in a quick-service restaurant, cafe, or similar food service role.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to speak local languages in addition to English and Swahili.
