- Review and edit transcribed documents for grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure all medical terminology, diagnoses, and procedures are correctly documented.
- Adhere strictly to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA/PHIPA).
- Manage workload to meet established turnaround times for transcription.
- Utilize medical reference materials, dictionaries, and transcription software effectively.
- Communicate with medical professionals for clarification when needed to ensure accuracy.

- Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist.
