Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an inspiring and results-oriented Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement strategies. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning programs that drive professional growth, foster leadership capabilities, and align with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and cutting-edge L&D technologies. You will be instrumental in creating a vibrant learning culture, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge to excel in a rapidly evolving professional landscape. This role requires a visionary leader who can not only articulate a compelling L&D strategy but also effectively execute it through collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. You will be expected to conduct needs assessments, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously refine our offerings to ensure maximum impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent objectives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering a wide range of topics including leadership, technical skills, and professional development.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities across various departments.
  • Select, implement, and manage learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP) to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of learning content.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Partner with HR business partners and department heads to integrate L&D programs into talent management processes, including performance management and career pathing.
  • Research and incorporate best practices in learning science, instructional design, and emerging technologies to keep Career.zycto at the forefront of talent development.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of L&D.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories, and training methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic L&D initiatives that drive business results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure program effectiveness and inform decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in areas such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or coaching.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic professional services or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with global talent development trends and practices.
