Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and innovative Learning & Development Manager to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's business goals and employee development needs.
- Design, curate, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and materials, utilizing various instructional design techniques.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for professional development across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, including content creation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools).
- Partner with department leaders and HR to integrate learning plans with performance management and career progression frameworks.
- Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&D programs, providing data-driven insights for future planning.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing impact.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously innovate our L&D offerings.
- Mentor and coach employees and leaders, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting a culture of continuous growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in a Learning & Development Manager or senior L&D specialist role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training programs across various modalities (in-person, virtual, blended).
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and report on ROI.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing organizational development needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD, CPTD).
- Experience with coaching and mentoring programs.
- Familiarity with talent management software and HRIS integration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships for external training programs.
