Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor crushing equipment (jaw, cone, impact crushers) safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-operation and post-operation checks, including visual inspections and fluid level checks.
- Monitor material flow, aggregate sizing, and quality control during crushing processes.
- Adjust crusher settings and conveyor speeds to optimize production and meet material specifications.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to maintenance personnel promptly.
- Conduct routine lubrication, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure strict adherence to all site safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and production reports.
- Assist with other site duties as required, including loading, conveying, and stock management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Crusher Operator or similar heavy equipment operator.
- Demonstrated knowledge of crushing principles, equipment mechanics, and material sizing.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
