Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and delivery.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments (sales, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee loading and unloading procedures, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
- Resolve any issues that arise, such as shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the logistics and warehouse functions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong understanding of warehousing procedures and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
