Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon embarkation, providing essential information and a positive first impression.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Organize and facilitate a diverse range of onboard activities, events, and entertainment programs for all age groups.
- Provide accurate information about ship facilities, daily schedules, port excursions, and destination highlights.
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes and manage luggage handling logistics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, processing feedback, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., F&B, Shore Excursions, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Actively promote cruise amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures, assisting guests as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Participate in regular staff training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English).
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
