Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Remote SaaS Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our cutting-edge talent management solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their implementation journey, guiding them through planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases. Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for each client engagement.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure Cornerstone OnDemand's talent management suite to meet specific client needs, including data migration, integrations, and custom reports.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on system adoption and change management strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for client teams on platform usage and administration.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client transitions and ongoing success.
- Document all project activities, configurations, and client communications thoroughly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and tools.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting cloud-based software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Expertise in data migration strategies and API integrations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS or Talent Management systems (e.g., Learning Management, Performance Management, Recruiting).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Consulting experience with enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with various database concepts and SQL queries.
