Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update employee data into various HR and administrative databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies or errors identified.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents pertaining to employee records.
- Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from data as requested by supervisors.
