Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, logs, and status updates.
- Monitor project progress, tracking deliverables against established timelines and identifying potential delays or deviations.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Organize and attend project meetings, preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
- Assist Project Managers in resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management activities.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to internal quality standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and disseminate regular project status reports to all relevant parties.
- Proactively identify and escalate issues or risks to Project Managers, proposing solutions where possible.
- Manage change control processes, ensuring all scope changes are documented and approved.
- Support the onboarding of new project team members regarding project processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
