Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize diverse datasets from various sources, ensuring high integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain and update complex databases, making information readily available for analysis and reporting.
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using various data visualization tools.
- Support senior researchers and analysts with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
- Document data methodologies, processes, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Conduct ad-hoc research and data queries as required, providing timely insights for ongoing projects.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively, contributing to overall data quality improvement.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL for querying databases.
- Experience or strong aptitude in statistical software (e.g., R, Python basics) or a demonstrable willingness to learn quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all data handling, manipulation, and reporting tasks.
