You will be instrumental in the entire data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization. Working closely with senior researchers and analysts, you’ll provide essential support underpinning strategic decisions and client deliverables. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize diverse datasets from various sources, ensuring high integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update complex databases, making information readily available for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using various data visualization tools.
  • Support senior researchers and analysts with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
  • Document data methodologies, processes, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and data queries as required, providing timely insights for ongoing projects.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively, contributing to overall data quality improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with research objectives and project goals.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL for querying databases.
  • Experience or strong aptitude in statistical software (e.g., R, Python basics) or a demonstrable willingness to learn quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all data handling, manipulation, and reporting tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Foundational understanding of statistical concepts and basic research methodologies.
