Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Billy’s Bay, Treasure Beach. This professional role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and delivery services, playing a critical part in our overall supply chain success. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all activities related to inventory management, warehousing, and the timely dispatch and delivery of goods. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and our delivery teams, to optimize routes, manage stock levels, and resolve any logistical challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate record-keeping using relevant software.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency, considering factors like traffic, delivery urgency, and driver availability.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding delivery schedules, potential delays, and special instructions.
- Monitor and track shipments from departure to arrival, proactively resolving any transit issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain essential logistics documentation, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs declarations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (preferred, but not strictly mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
