As a Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex change initiatives from conception through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects, from strategy definition to execution and post-implementation review.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication initiatives to drive user adoption and embed new processes and technologies.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and outcomes to senior leadership and relevant committees.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the organization.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to financial guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, change management, or business transformation roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Proven leadership ability with experience in mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in complex, fast-changing environments.
