Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform various tests and measurements using specialized equipment to verify product specifications and detect defects or deviations.
- Document and report inspection and test results accurately, maintaining detailed records of quality data and non-conformances.
- Identify root causes of quality issues, collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, KEBS) and internal quality management systems.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control standards and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a Quality Control role within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using various inspection and testing equipment.
