Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery documentation using our logistics management systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse and delivery operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Logistics Coordinator, preferably with a focus on warehouse and delivery.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
